Solo, from zero to production

Website and admin panel for a running community in Niš: a 3D jersey configurator, a training calendar with sign-ups, two languages, all on Cloudflare's edge.

75 jerseys ordered through the configurator

  • 3D jersey configurator (three.js, react-three-fiber) that prints the member's name and number on the real jersey, live
  • Procedural topographic background: value noise + marching squares, day and night themes
  • Training calendar with RSVP, one-click calendar export and CSV sign-up lists for organizers
  • Custom auth with no libraries: PBKDF2-SHA256 (210k iterations) on WebCrypto, hashed sessions, CSRF checks, rate limiting
  • Admin on its own subdomain through Edge middleware, instant cache invalidation, a preview deploy for every pull request
